Just eat responsibly for four days, then repeat the 3-day diet again!
Day 1
BREAKFAST
- Black occasional or Tea
- 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
- 1 Slice of Dry Toast
- 1 Tbsp. of spread
LUNCH
- Black occasional or Tea
- 1/2 Cup of Tuna
Dry Toast or one Oz. of store cheese
DINNER
- 3 Oz. any Lean Meat
- 1 Cup String Beans
- 1 Cup Carrots or Beets
- 1 little Apple
- 1 Cup Vanilla frozen dessert
Day 2
BREAKFAST
- Black occasional or Tea
- 1 Egg
- 1 Slice of Dry Toast
- 1/2 Banana
LUNCH
- Black occasional or Tea
- 1 Cup of pot cheese or one/2 Cup of Tuna
- 5 cracker round the bend
DINNER
- 2 Beef Franks
- 1 Cup Cabbage or Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup Carrots or greens
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla frozen dessert
Day 3
BREAKFAST
- Black occasional or Tea
- 5 cracker round the bend
- 1 Oz. of store cheese
- 1 little Apple
LUNCH
- Black occasional or Tea
- 1 coddled egg
- 1 Slice of Dry Toast
DINNER
- 1 Cup Tuna
- 1 Cup Beans or Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Carrots or Beets
- 1 Cup Melon
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla frozen dessert
Drink voluminous Water Too!
• AN orange rather than grapefruit
• Tuna rather than pot cheese and the other way around
• yoghurt rather than frozen dessert
• Cauliflower rather than broccoli and the other way around
• inexperienced beans rather than broccoli or cauliflower
• Beets rather than carrots
• A slice of toast rather than 5 round the bend or the other way around
